Professional Certified Remodeler
In the state of Texas, remodelers and home builders are not licensed or screened by any regulatory agencies. This means that virtually anyone can decide to go into business as a home builder or remodeler. Before you hire your builder or remodeler, make sure you check out their qualifications. You will find that very few are Certified Remodelers.
Remodelers which are designated as Certified Remodelers through NARI (the National Association of the Remodeling Industry) have undergone thorough screening. They are highly educated in the construction industry and have qualified for & passed a battery of exams to ensure they are competent in business practices, construction procedures and are up to date on the various code requirements. In addition, those remodelers who are members of NARI are held to a strong code of ethics within the construction industry.

About Ronald Dunlap
Ronald Q. Dunlap, C.R., President and Chairman of the Board of Dunlap Construction Company, Inc. and Dunlap Homes, has been actively involved in the remodeling/construction industry for over 30 years. He is one of only a handful of NARI Certified Remodelers in Texas. Mr. Dunlap was a founding member of the Fort Worth chapter of NARI, has since served as president, vice president, and director, and continues to be a leader in the local remodeling industry.
